Duplicating & Recording

To provide electronic copies of worship services and other services of the church for members and friends who cannot attend.

Projection

To provide appropriate visual technology that will enable greater understanding and translation of teaching and preaching during the worship service. To enhance ability to worship during praise/singing times.

Sound

To provide the congregation with excellent sound and record quality masters of GBC church services for the tape and CE ministry.

Stage Lighting

To control stage lighting during worship services and special events

Video

To minister to people inside and outside the church through the use of video. This will involve videotaping and editing the Sunday Service, and other church ministries and events as requested, and developing church promos, etc.

Website

A ministry that updates our website using a very simple and easy to learn web interface.

Bulletin Board & Advertisement

To communicate vital information so that people know about upcoming events and ministries. This is achieved by placing attractive bulletin board information and posters as needed throughout the church. These displays stimulate the participation or interest of the body of Grace and its many visitors.

Church Directory & Phone Book

To assist the entire church to better know each other and communicate with one another.

Communion Care

To share God’s love by visiting and serving communion to fellow GBC members who are shut-in.

Encouraging Cards

To make and send greeting cards in the Lord’s name that will share Christ’s love, glorify God, display concrete evidence of Christ’s love and encouragement, let members of GBC know that others are thinking and praying for them.

Food Pantry

Provide food for the poor or an emergency basis, and people in need due to job loss or other hardship.

Greeters

To ensure that every person entering Clinton Grace receives a warm welcome and is offered assistance in navigating their way trough our building.

Newsletter

To provide informative and up-to-date information on Clinton Grace ministries, activities and/or events, calendar and families and friends.

Prayer Chain

To provide immediate intercessory prayer for emergency situations.  Requests can be placed through the prayer chain any time of the day or night.

Prayer Ministry

To uphold the Clinton Grace congregation, Pastors, leaders in ministry in intercessory prayer as we serve Jesus Christ and fulfill God’s purpose.  To pray for special needs as we are made aware of them.

Transportation

To assist in driving vans and/or buses or to use personal vehicle to provide transportation for individuals or groups of people to church services, or fellowships as needed.

Ushering

To conduct oneself with people attractively, person-ably, and positively.  To show the love of Christ in greeting others.  To leave people with a positive and caring lasting impression.

Welcome Center

The Welcome Center exists to provide warm welcome and useful information on the ministries of Clinton Grace for visitors and members.

Building & Grounds

To maintain ad upgrade the integrity and appearance of the facility.

Set Up & Breakdown

To serve the church body by making sure classrooms are set up for Sunday school and special events and classrooms are returned to GBCS format. Assist in the preparing of the Worship Center for Sunday Service.
